Various 1% staking fees are deducted from select smart contract interactions.

Fees starting from 2% are deducted when unstaking MercurX Tokens, to incentivize holding and long-term staking.

Deposit Fee​

Various 1-2% deposit fees will be applied to establish an insurance fund treasury which then will be used for refunding investors if needed.

Deflationary Mechanisms​

MercurX native token MERX has deflationary mechanics to incentivize the accumulation of tokens over time. A token burn mechanism is deployed to burn 10% of select transaction categories. Moreover, buyback and buyback-and-burn mechanics will be deployed to intervene in the OP treasury and reduce the total supply. A Market Maker can be positioned to provide price stability depending on the decision of the management.
